STLView is a program to view 3D STL (STereoLithography) files. This is a simple program that you can run without even installing. You can open the STL file, view images from various angles, pan and zoom, etc. You can also change the colors of pictures and background as you like. The separate installer is available for Windows 8 touch devices.
